Terms and Conditions

ANIBHA DHAR MAKEUP is committed to provide seamless make-up experience and service excellence to clients. Honoring these commitments, a few important terms and conditions have been detailed below to ensure no possibilities of confusion for a wholesome makeover experience on your special day.

 

All terms and conditions stated here and written in personal correspondence with the client (via text/email/whatsapp) will apply, with or without a contract, unless the written contract states otherwise.

 

BOOKINGS & FINANCIALS

  • All bridal and detailed party make-up packages include customized hairstyle, make-up HD, draping, contact lenses, eye lashes

  • Light party make-up packages include makeup and hairstyle

  • All prices quoted are inclusive of all taxes

  • To secure a date for special occasions, an acknowledgement on confirmation email is required with a 50% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable and non- transferable.

  • In order to secure my services for your date, you need to pay 50% non- refundable deposit no later than 3 days after your initial enquiry and quotation, which can be paid in cash, bank transfer/GPay (T&C Apply)

  • Remaining 50% amount to be paid at the time of services being rendered

  • Advance amount will be forfeited in case of any changes in the time/place agreed at the time of booking

  • The time slot provided at the time of booking confirmation cannot be changed at a later stage. Adherence to slot provided is paramount

  • Pricing and details are subject to change with no notice, however if a contract has already been drawn out and confirmed reflecting former pricing, the contract quote will be honored. Updated pricing would apply for new bookings only.

 

SERVICES

  • Nail painting, styling, spa and related services are not included in the quoted price

  • A professional work environment is a must. Client is requested to provide enough space for the team to carry out their tasks appropriately. No one except the client and team are advised in the green room

  • We don’t offer any kind of TRIAL MAKEUPS before or after bookings.

  • No PAID TRIALS either.

 

LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT

  • All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application.

  • The client shall inform the makeup artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. If the client has an allergic reaction, the makeup artist cannot be held responsible.

  • Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, ANIBHA DHAR MAKEUP, from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

  • The makeup artist reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members of the party for, but not limited to, abusive and threatening behavior.

 

 

FOR BOOKINGS OUTSIDE DELHI-NCR/SURAT

  • Travel Fee is applicable when traveling to locations more the 30 minutes outside of Delhi/Surat, a quote can be provided upon your request.

  • ANIBHA DHAR MAKEUP travels with her team for all assignments. Travel and accommodation arrangements to be made by the client for ANIBHA DHAR and her hair stylist

  • Decent accommodation to be provided separately to ANIBHA DHAR MAKEUP and the hair stylist, along with all 3 meals provided in-room/buffet

  • Flight arrangements to be made for all airport operational cities within or outside India

  • Airport pick-up and transfers to be made by the client upon team's arrival

  • For non-airport cities/venues, cab charges/train tickets to be reimbursed upon arrival for all nearby destinations for makeup assignments

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • ANIBHA DHAR MAKEUP reserves the right to terminate this contract for any non-compliance of terms, contract will become void and all moneys given are non-refundable.

  • Cancelation of the booking by ANIBHA DHAR MAKEUP will result in a refund of 100% of costs already paid by the client. In the unlikely event that she’s unable to make your wedding appointment due to personal emergency, act of god, and severe illness. She’ll try to find you an alternative makeup artist whom she highly recommends. They will receive a brief and any products required that they might not have in their kit.

  • The makeup artist will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up until point of cancellation, however in the event of cancellation by the client, the advance amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
